I began my holistic massage qualification at the beginning of 2020 and when the pandemic hit I continued to study throughout lockdown. I was thrilled to be able to get back into the studio and continue the practical training, to complete the qualification by the end of the year. Over the years I have realised was how important it is to take the time to care for yourself and how so many people really struggle to do just that. I want to provide you with the maximum benefit from taking time for yourself, slowing down and having a moment away from your busy schedule guilt free. Since my primary qualification I have also qualified in Sports Massage which has become my main practice. I enjoy combing all schools of training to create a well rounded treatment. I also offer Deep Tissue, Pre & Post Natal Massage as well as Cupping Therapy (a definite favourite of mine). In the Autumn of 2023 I began my 3 year degree in Acupuncture with the view to broaden my knowledge and scope for helping people by the end of 2026. I love being able to continue to expand my knowledge and skills in order to help my clients more effectively. Outside of massage I am part of a CrossFit gym, I also run, swim and occasionally cycle.
